Ending Maker SS #4 Fairy Challenge
About five months have passed since the decisive battle of the system.
The war called the Disaster War has ended.
The rebels who had plotted a rebellion against the prime minister – the demon followers – were wiped out from the empire, and the calamities who had fled the battlefield also hid deep inside and did not show themselves.
So the only visible threat was now the demon followers streaming in from the East, which, oddly enough, was not much of a concern.
Because in the final battle of the system, the devil followers also suffered enormous damage.
Devil’s hand, devil’s eye, devil’s mouth.
Two of the demon followers who had maintained their power were wiped out by the Calamity War.
The leaders of the Devil’s Hand and the Devil’s Eye were both killed in battle, and most of their subordinates, the high-ranking minions, were also killed by the indiscriminate bombing of Archangel Auriel.
It didn’t seem like there were any who barely escaped alive, but most of them headed east to join the Devil’s Mouth, a group of demon followers who were still holding on to their power.
In other words, the inside of the empire and kingdom was once cleansed.
A battle between demon followers who surge in from the East.
There was no such gigantic showdown between superhumans that shook the heavens and shook the earth as there had been during the Great War.
Wars with the East were fought in the traditional way – by blocking large numbers of troops with strong walls and trained soldiers.
“I repeat, both sides suffered significant damage.”
At Scarlett’s words, Caesar nodded appropriately and said.
“Anyway, right now, there’s no need to worry too much about the East, right? They’re just maintaining a standoff for now and have no intention of attacking.”
“Well… this might be a hasty judgment, but for now?”
As she said that, Scarlett advanced the white queen on the chessboard, and at one point, Kaisa, who had been quietly watching the scene, suddenly opened his eyes wide in surprise.
“Huh? Huh huh huh?”
“Checkmate.”
Scarlett, speaking lightly, turned her head to the side, allowing Caesar to look back and forth between the chessboard and her own face with eyes filled with incredulity.
Lucas was swinging his sword.
Despite already reaching the horizon, Lucas did not stop training.
Just to move forward steadily, silently, little by little.
Scarlett loved watching Lucas adjust his stance and optimize his swing by swinging his sword very slowly.
Despite his tall stature and large build, his kind and cheerful face that gives off a childlike vibe becomes very serious and adult-like only when he swings his sword.
‘I feel good too.’
The perfectly trained body was also aesthetically beautiful.
Scarlett bit her lower lip without realizing it, took her eyes off Lucas’ abs and focused on his sword.
If we’re just talking about talent, Scarlett surpassed Lucas.
That’s why there was so much to learn from Lucas’ sword.
Because Lucas’ sword contained nothing like skill or ingenuity, but rather a simple, clear, and therefore pure strength.
Gulp.
Just then, a jarring, slurping sound was heard.
Even though it was obvious who it was, Scarlett turned her head and saw Kaisa gulping as he looked at Lucas’ bulging muscles.
No, now he was even licking my tongue.
“looks delicious.”
“Hey, Lucas isn’t eating, is he?”
“I was thinking something similar to a map. Lucas’s stomach is going to get a hole in it.”
When Caesar spoke with a snort, Scarlett’s forehead became stiff and veiny, but she calmed herself down to show her elder virtue and spoke in a soft voice.
“I was watching Lucas’s efforts and Lucas’ sword.”
“Yes, yes, I guess so.”
“This is real!”
And grumble grumble.
Since it was a sight seen every day, no one paid much attention.
No, to be precise, one of them was so focused that he didn’t notice his surroundings, and the other one was completely ignoring them.
“Lucas, it’s almost time. Here’s a towel and water.”
Ignoring the fight between Scarlett and Kaisa – that is, the cat-like Kira spoke while holding out a towel, and Lucas, who stopped his sword at the towel shoved right in front of him, changed his breathing and broke his concentration at the same time.
“Oh, thank you.”
Lucas wiped his sweat with the towel Kirara offered him and even drank some water before letting out another long breath.
He opened his sword very slowly, but perhaps because he was concentrating, beads of sweat ran down Lucas’ sturdy chest.
Lucas used to be embarrassed and couldn’t even think about taking his shirt off, but he had gotten used to it over the past few months and now he didn’t mind.
The time Kirara spoke of.
After the decisive battle in the system, Lucas was unable to go to the battlefield for a while.
It was because both his body and mind were extremely worn out as a result of directly confronting God.
It took a month to become somewhat mobile.
Another month until I could swing my sword again.
And it took about three months to recover my skills like now.
Lucas, who had barely recovered after nearly half a year, took action right away.
Because I couldn’t wait any longer.
‘Uder and Cordelia.’
Two people headed to hell alone to save the Pleiades.
Almost half a year has passed, but the two have not returned.
Some said that the two were already dead, but Lucas did not believe them.
‘That can’t be true.’
Two people died.
It can’t be.
It’s impossible.
It wasn’t just blind faith.
There was some basis to it.
If the two are dead, why doesn’t the overlord of Hell – the lustful Asmodeus – resume his invasion of the Pleiades?
Why are the movements of the devil’s followers becoming more and more defensive?
Of course, it could not be clear evidence.
It could have been a deception to make us let our guard down.
but.
but.
“The masters will be alive. Kirara believes in them.”
Lucas nodded at the small but firm voice he heard right in front of him. He smiled faintly and agreed with Kirara’s words.
“Yeah, I believe it too. So let’s check it out now.”
The witch of the Western Forest and the master craftsman Cassius, who were relatively well-informed of the news of Hell, suddenly disappeared after the decisive battle of the system.
It was unknown why or where the two people suddenly disappeared, but in any case, it was impossible to rely on the two people who disappeared.
So Lucas tried to come up with a solution, and eventually he came up with one.
“It just occurred to me.”
“I always admire Scarlett.”
As Lucas spoke with a bright smile, Scarlett blushed slightly and giggled, and Kaisa pouts.
About an hour after leaving the room.
The four were now heading to Crown Princess Daphne’s swimming pool, located in the main palace.
There is one reason.
It was to summon the fairies.
‘Maybe we can find out by asking the fairies?’
Since they could freely jump through space, they might have known about the situation of Uther and Cordelia in Hell.
Of course, this wasn’t certain either.
But now was the time to try and challenge anything, just like a drowning person grabbing at a straw.
“That’s what happened to Uther and Cordelia. They say that if someone with a certain level of beauty takes a bath on a moonlit night, fairies will come and talk to them and ask them to play with them.”
There were two places where you could meet fairies – the so-called ‘Fairy Points’ – although Lucas didn’t know exactly where they were.
One was the lake of the Spring Fairies in the Forest of Eternity, and the other was right here – the swimming pool of the Summer Fairies in the palace.
“And now it is a moonlit night.”
That night, a white and beautiful full moon rose.
Rare moments when Selene and Helen shine together.
“So, what should we do?”
As Caesar spoke with a grin, Lucas nodded with a slight blush on his cheeks.
Because the confidently speaking Kaiser’s outfit was too racy for Lucas’ standards.
Black bikini swimsuit.
A design where there is so little cover that you don’t know where to put your eyes.
When Lucas looked away in embarrassment, Kaisa also blushed. Not out of embarrassment, but out of excitement.
“Hehehe.”
How can you be so cute?
I really want to catch it and eat it.
“You look like an old man.”
“You look like an old man.”
Kaisa flinched at Scarlett and Kirara’s words, but it had already been over half a year since they had traveled together.
She was the type of person who wouldn’t budge at something like this anymore.
“Anyway, let’s do it. Me first!”
As expected of a cool-headed person like her, Kaisa showed no hesitation. As expected of a southerner and a woman who was passionate about hunting pirates, Kaisa jumped into the pool and swam freely, looking as beautiful as a mermaid.
“Wow······.”
Lucas was genuinely impressed, and Scarlett secretly agreed.
Caesar looked particularly beautiful today, perhaps because of the moonlight correction.
however.
“It’s not coming out.”
It’s been about ten minutes since Caesar swam hard.
There was no response.
So Caesar tried switching to backstroke, but again, there was no response.
“Hey!”
Is it a bath? Should I take a bath?!
Kaisa, furious, took off her swimsuit, Lucas quickly turned his head, and Kirara narrowed her brows.
And Scarlett said.
“Yeah, I’m out.”
As expected, it was impossible for Caesar.
It can’t be helped.
Aren’t you a total idiot?
Scarlett snorted and took off the large bath towel she was wrapping around her body.
Although she was wearing a bikini like Kaisa, the color was the complete opposite, white, and unlike Kaisa, who had healthy bronze skin, Scarlett’s skin was a pure ivory color that almost felt pale.
Scarlett’s appearance looks especially white in the black and white moonlight of the night.
Scarlett took confident steps toward the pool, gazing at Caesar’s pouting gaze.
And get it elegantly.
“As expected, it’s not coming out.”
At Kirara’s words, Scarlett blushed and Kaisa burst into laughter – no, hilarious.
“You were all acting pretty by yourself!”
“Hey! You couldn’t call me anyway!”
“Oh, I couldn’t call you. But you couldn’t call me either? You couldn’t call me?”
“hey!”
And then grumble again.
Lucas, who had been peeking at the two of them, sneaked a peek into the pool and let out a small sigh.
As expected, there was no response from the fairies.
“I think it’s too much for me.”
Kirara, wearing a cute white one-piece swimsuit, was also eliminated.
How long had it been since such a gloomy silence had fallen on all four of you?
Kirara raised her head again and said.
“What about Crown Princess Daphne? She is known to be a beauty.”
“No way. What was the reason Crown Princess Daphne didn’t show up here in the first place?”
I stopped talking because it would be considered blasphemy, but everyone, including Caesar who had brought it up, knew.
Crown Princess Daphne had never been able to summon the fairies successfully.
“This is ridiculous.”
When Scarlett muttered softly, Kaisa tried to mutter something about having princess complex, but then closed his mouth.
In fact, objectively speaking, Scarlett was a stunning beauty.
‘Your eyes are really dirty and high.’
Why are you being so expensive?
They say Cordelia got out even though she was fighting and just had water poured on her head.
‘Don’t I have a much better body?’
It was when Caesar spoke like this and looked back at himself.
“Twinkle, twinkle, little star, how beautifully you shine.”
Scarlett sang in a small voice, and Kirara knew why Scarlett sang in a small voice.
“Well, it’s no use after all.”
Scarlett’s face turned red again.
I tried to suppress my embarrassment and sing, but these fairies are real!
“hmm······.”
While Scarlett and Kaisa each became depressed again, Lucas rested his chin on his hand and sat lost in thought.
Cordelia is okay, but Scarlett and Kaisa are not.
So who should I call?
Adelia, Cordelia’s older sister?
Or Maia?
“It might be possible for Miss Sylvia.”
Lucas spoke softly and soon nodded.
Sylvia Crossbell.
Youngae, who is rumored to be beautiful among the children of the 12 northern families.
In fact, wasn’t she the first to be considered the greatest beauty in the North before Cordelia came into the spotlight?
“Yes, it would be possible, Miss Sylvia.”
If you hurry and call the king’s road-
That was it.
Lucas raised his head in surprise at the eerie feeling he felt for a moment, and then froze.
“Miss Sylvia?”
“I see. In Lucas’ eyes, the woman named Sylvia was prettier than us. That’s how it was.”
Caesar growled lowly, and Scarlett spoke with cold eyes.
“Ah, no, that’s right! Uh, that! Uh, sculpturally? Just sculpturally······.”
Crackle.
It was a landmine.
Caesar looked at him with his mouth tightly shut, and Scarlett’s eyes also became sharp.
A third party, Kirara, said.
“Lucas, you think that Sylvia is more beautiful than Scarlett or Kaisa?”
“That, that······.”
It was a swamp.
A swamp that no matter what you say, your feet will sink deep into.
It felt like the path to the horizon that I had never lost even when fighting the First Sword was disappearing.
‘No, it’s obvious since it’s already reached the horizon.’
In the midst of the chaos, the temperature around Scarlett grew colder and colder, while the temperature around Kaiser grew hotter.
Ice and fire.
But both sides are extremely dangerous.
Lucas was sweating profusely, trying to figure out a way to handle the situation.
But it was impossible for the innocent Lucas to come up with a plan as cunning as Yuder.
No, in fact, even Yuder had no choice in this situation.
But it was at that very moment.
“Lucas! Scarlett! Kaisa! Kirara!”
Lucas quickly turned his head in the direction where the cheerful voice came from and let out a sigh of relief.
Because Princess Darian was running towards me with a big smile.
This is truly a ray of light.
I felt like I was wandering in hell when a rope was lowered from heaven.
“Your Highness Princess Darian.”
“Hello, Your Majesty.”
“Hello, Your Majesty.”
As everyone in the group, led by Lucas, bowed, Princess Darian smiled brightly again and said.
“Are you trying to call the fairies?”
“Yes, I was thinking about that······.”
“Let me help you.”
“yes?”
Lucas found himself asking the same question.
That was understandable, because although Princess Darian was a cute girl who would never hurt anyone’s eyes, it didn’t seem like she would succeed, since Scarlett, Kaisa, and even Kirara had already failed.
‘Oh, what should I do?’
You’ll be disappointed if the fairies don’t show up.
Scarlett and Kaisa exchanged a quick glance, then both looked back at Lucas.
The goal was to somehow gloss over the situation and get out of it.
But then it was that moment again.
“Are there a lot of people?”
“Shall we play together?”
Lively, chattering voices.
Fairies appeared under the fantastic moonlight and gathered around Princess Darian, scattering dust of light.
“uh?”
Scarlett opened her mouth without realizing it, and Kaisa blinked in confusion.
“Do you like kids?”
For a moment, Kaisa’s gaze turned to Kirara, and Kirara’s face became truly complicated.
And Lucas found the answer.
“ah!”
Princess Darian came running, carrying them in her arms.
These are the things I’m handing out to the fairies now.
“This is the best for calling fairies.”
Wangdo specialty premium chocolate.
“i love it!”
“It’s delicious! It’s thrilling! Delicious is the best!”
The fact that the face is good but the sweetness is better.
The fairies laughed out loud and rejoiced, and Lucas, Scarlett, Kai’sa, and Kirara looked at each other.
He let out a sigh as if he had made a promise.
&
“Both people are alive.”
“yes?”
Lucas asked back without realizing it, and the Summer Fairy Queen, who was enjoying something that was either swimming or bathing while soaking her body in melted chocolate, laughed again and said.
“They are both alive. We can feel it. They have the protection of the Fairy King.”
The four seasons and the four constellations.
Because the two of you are blessed with the strongest protection of the Pleiades, created by gathering the protections of all eight Fairy Queens.
It wasn’t a story that the two people wouldn’t have died because the protection of the Fairy King was so strong.
The protection of the Fairy King also included the protection of summer, so the Summer Fairy Queen, who was the one who granted the protection of summer, could make one thing clear.
“Gaho is alive and well. That means the two of them are alive and well.”
Alive.
Half a year has passed, but the fight in hell continues.
Lucas felt his breathing become short.
Scarlett and Kaisa grabbed Lucas’ hand.
Uther and Cordelia are alive.
Still fighting in hell.
So there was only one thing left to do here.
Save two people.
Even if it means going to hell on this side, I will definitely save those two.
Lucas’s eyes began to light up.
It was a face and look in the eyes of a man who moved forward without wavering in the face of any ordeal.
And Scarlett and Kaisa were satisfied with the sight.
Because it was the image of Lucas that the two of them liked, that they couldn’t help but like.
“We must rescue him.”
“Yeah, I knew this would happen. There’s no way two people would die. Rather, they’d probably be tormenting demons in hell.”
Scarlett and Kaisa spoke, and Lucas nodded.
I made a decision while patting Kirara, who was so happy that she started sobbing and eventually burst into tears.
“You’re going to hell.”
“Yeah, we can’t just keep getting hit like this forever, right?”
“Let’s have a chat.”
Kaisa and Scarlett agreed this time too.
Expedition to Hell.
This time, the whole world will come together for the two people who saved the world.
“Uder, Cordelia.”
Just wait a moment.
We will definitely go and rescue you.
No matter what happens, even if it means being hostile to all of Hell.
Lucas looked up at the night sky with a heavy face.
Uther and Cordelia – I smiled as I recalled their faces.
fin
“But Lucas.”
“Yes, Caesar.”
“So who is Sylvia, after all?”
Caesar asked secretly, and Scarlett narrowed her eyes and let out a strange sound.
And Lucas was sweating profusely under the pressure from those two people.
I couldn’t open my mouth hastily.
