Even though I was hit by a mere F-rank Chillwind, I couldn’t completely cancel it out with S-rank elemental resistance.
Of course, as your rank goes up, you will become even stronger.

Because it is both an ice attribute and a wind magic, there are very limited ways to defend against or evade it.
